Remember when I posted about revamping my daughter’s room?
There were (and are) still a few more items that needed to be finished.
The tray I made for the dresser was cute, but was crying out for something to perk it up.
So I added these to make it pop out a little. Plus, they look fun!
Antlers painted red and wrapped in pearls. How Texified can one get?
Now, I have to be honest and admit I did not come up with this on my own. I was in a store in Llano that had some antlers painted hot pink, and both my daughter and I both declared those were what the tray needed.
I added some Bingo call numbers to the little dish for some more color.
And, Dad finally hung up the chandelier! Please excuse the odd bulbs. I bought the wrong kind and we had to improvise with what we had on hand.
The final touches will be some new blinds, paint touch up on the ceiling and some new closet doors. The ones we currently have a dark brown bi-fold. My husband is planning on installing some white, shutter top doors that he salvaged from a job.
There’s a good chance you’ll see this room at least once more in the future.
P.S. It appears I now have 100 followers!!! Time to get busy on that Linky thing.

Red antlers. Who would of thunk. And you can also decorate them for Valentines and Christmas. I have an antler towel holder, I'm gonna look at it sideways just in case hot pink might do it good.
