I had planned on writing a new post on my daughter’s bedroom redo for this blog; however, I came across the post I wrote for my homeschooling blog over the summer and thought I would share it. (And then add a few updates and some better photos!)
You can read it here.
The black and white ticking valances did get hung.
I ended up crafting a tray for the dresser. I just couldn’t find exactly what I had in mind. I took a thrift store tray (no surprise there), painted it, decoupaged some scrapbook paper on it and trimmed it with some ribbon.
Is that not the cutest little bird? Here’s a closer shot.
This little display needs something else, so we decided to paint a small antler red and place it here, just for some fun color. (Obviously hasn’t been accomplished, yet.)
A closer up look at the vet poster I mentioned in the original post.
Another wall hanging. This one was on clearance at Homegoods. Love that store.
I made the tags. This gal came from The Graphics Fairy.
Her neatly organized closet.
Some more fun stuff.
Had to have this little chair plate.
Wall decal courtesy of the Dollar Tree.
There you have it~the tour of my daughter’s room is complete.
Except, for this chandelier from Ikea, that is waiting patiently to be hung by her father.

Hi Shannon ... love those little tags and number '5' is my favorite number and also love galvanized buckets. Must put some 5's on my buckets.
