My first in-home sale went wonderfully!
I was honored to have a couple of locals stop by.
Kate from Jaxon Ivy came through with her mom. She is one of the most pleasant and sweetest gals I’ve met.
It was also nice to meet Binky Morgan from Binky La Faye in Llano. I’ve been in her shop once, about a year ago, and remember it well. I had also just read about her Christmas Open House on Fiona & Twig’s blog.
Here are some pics of the displays I set up. I basically cleared out my living room, covered some surfaces with burlap sacks and others with painter’s drop cloths, and then hung up drop cloths in the doorways to block the view into my office & kitchen. Worked very well.
Be ready, this is photo heavy.
Had to start off with Silvy since she looks so lovely against the drop cloth.
Please excuse my mug in the picture. I set it down & forgot it was there.
Love this basket. My son hung the number sign on there. Pretty cute.
This adorable fence piece did not sell. Maybe it was meant for me to keep.
My daughter made these earrings & some bookmarks.
Smile.
Here are my finished crown ornaments.
Vintage style bookmarks made by my daughter. She used old dictionary pages and scrapbooking rub ons. Very simple and cute.
Thanks for taking the time to visit!~If you have any questions about items in the photos, please email me.
