Last week, on two separate trips, I was able to explore some towns not too far from us. The first one was Mason, which I’ll share more about later. The second was Burnet.
Why I had to travel to Burnet is a long story, but I’m glad I had to make the trip. One of the first stores I stumbled upon was Queen B at the Knot Hole. The Knot Hole is a huge antique store that bills itself as an indoor flea market. Queen B is a small boutique next door to it. Both were fun to browse through and I even brought a few things home!
The front of the shop was filled with some cute décor, but my daughter called me to the back room with, “Mom, you’ll really like the stuff back here!” That’s where the old, rusty stuff was to be found. Hope you enjoy the photos and if you’re ever in Burnet, stop at

I loved these little bird photo holders.
Ain’t that the truth?
A wall of cowboys….what a nice surprise.
Isn’t this how you say welcome in Texan?
A couple of wonderfully chippy garden chairs.
This adorable enamel plate came home with me-along with it’s partner that says “cherries”.
This pretty set of china also found it’s way into my car. It will end up in the shop at Smitten soon.
There will be more posts to come! I promise!
Looks like you got some great treasures! I saw a lot of things in your pictures that I would like to have! Thanks for sharing these great pics!
